Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Tap by businesses, staff, customers, and visitors. Tap provides software for customer engagement, digital Wallet passes, rewards, bookings, service requests, messaging, lead generation, payments, optional music and jukebox interactions, and related business tools.

Last updatedOctober 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Tap, creating an account, publishing a Tap page, adding a Wallet pass, joining a reward program, submitting a booking or service request, purchasing a product or membership, or otherwise using a Tap-powered feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Tap on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and security

You must provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, authorized staff access, and maintaining the security of login credentials and devices.

You must be at least 13 to create an independent Tap account and have the legal capacity or parent/guardian authorization required for your use. Individual business services may have higher age or eligibility requirements. Do not share a personal login; use authorized team access for staff and protect pairing codes and devices used as shared screens.

You may not create accounts or use Tap where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, contractual restrictions, or the rights of another person or business.

3. Business responsibilities

Businesses using Tap are responsible for their own products, services, staff, pricing, licenses, permits, taxes, advertising claims, customer service, refunds, fulfillment, and legal compliance. Tap is a software platform and does not operate or control participating businesses.

Businesses must ensure that public profile information, menus, offers, reward terms, ticket details, booking availability, gift balances, membership benefits, lead responses, and other customer-facing information are accurate. A business is responsible for honoring rewards, offers, gift value, tickets, purchases, and commitments it publishes or approves through Tap, subject to lawful stated terms.

Businesses may only upload or publish logos, photographs, text, trademarks, menus, and other content they have the right to use.

Businesses that enable calling, AI receptionist, transcription, call-summary, or similar communications features are responsible for configuring and using those features in compliance with laws that apply to their calls and customers, including any required notices, permissions, or consent for recording, transcription, automated or AI-assisted communications, and telecommunications activity.

Businesses that receive customer or asset records through Tap must use those records only for the customer relationship, service, asset, transfer, or other purpose the customer authorized or another lawful purpose independently available to that business. Businesses may not resell Tap-supplied customer or asset records, use them as a data-broker product, export them for unrelated exploitation, or use them for unrelated third-party marketing without a separate lawful basis and any required consent. Businesses must honor revocation and privacy requests as required by applicable law and maintain any notices, contracts, or data-processing terms required for their role.

Staff, contractors, and work records

Businesses are responsible for team permissions, assignment accuracy, lawful worker monitoring, time-record corrections, wages, contractor classification, payroll, taxes and required employment records. Tap supplies scheduling, assignment, time-clock and record tools; it is not the employer or an employment agency. Review saved and synced work records and provide a way to correct errors. A connection failure or delayed punch must not be used to deny wages or other nonwaivable worker rights.

Healthcare use

Tap will complete the required HIPAA setup before onboarding a healthcare business for use involving protected health information. This includes appropriate database and server infrastructure, security safeguards and risk assessment, an executed business associate agreement, and suitable agreements and configuration for providers handling that information. Tap's current general-purpose service is not offered for protected health information until that setup is confirmed in writing. Do not upload or send protected health information before approval, including through AI, calls, messaging, bookings, documents or ordinary support channels. A healthcare category does not establish HIPAA readiness, and upgrading servers alone does not replace the required agreements and safeguards.

Public and shared displays

Businesses must configure TVs, hubs, kiosks, queues, order boards and other shared devices for their intended audience, limit displayed personal information, and protect device access and pairing credentials. A record suitable for an authorized staff screen may be inappropriate on a public screen.

Music, Apple Music, and venue playback

Businesses that enable music, jukebox, song-request, queue, display, speaker, or playback features are responsible for how music is used at their location and for complying with the terms of the applicable music provider, copyright and neighboring-rights law, and any venue, public-performance, communication-to-the-public, synchronization, master-use, or other music rights or licenses that may apply to the particular use.

Tap does not grant any license in musical compositions, sound recordings, artwork, Apple Music content, or other third-party media. Enabling a Tap music feature or connecting Apple Music through MusicKit does not itself authorize public or commercial playback and is not a substitute for rights or licenses that may be required from Apple, rights holders, collecting societies, performing-rights organizations, licensors, or other parties.

If a business uses Apple Music, it must comply with Apple's then-current Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Apple terms. Unless Apple expressly permits the intended use, a business must not use Apple Music through Tap for public or commercial playback. Obtaining a separate public-performance or similar license does not by itself expand the rights granted under Apple's own service terms.

Apple Music is for personal use. Apple Music subscriptions are licensed by Apple for personal, non-commercial use. Tap's Apple Music options (in the Jukebox, Home DJ and TV screens) are offered for uses Apple permits; they are not a license to play music to customers or the public.

Tap Hub music folder

A business can instead play music from its own Tap Hub music folder (songs it puts on its own Hub computer) in the Jukebox and behind its TV screens. Those files stay on the business's computer and play over its own network; Tap does not host, copy, sell, or license them and keeps only song names and titles so customers can pick them. By adding music to a Tap Hub music folder, or by entering an internet radio or stream link, the business represents that it has every right and license needed to play that music at its location to the people there — for example music it owns or has licensed for business use, royalty-free or business-licensed music, and any public-performance licenses (such as from performing-rights organizations) its use requires. The business is solely responsible for that music and for any claims about it.

4. Customer use of Tap

Customers may use Tap to join programs, save Wallet passes, check in, earn or redeem rewards, submit reviews or private feedback, book services, join waitlists, request assistance, claim offers, purchase eligible products, and request contact from businesses.

Tap's mobile apps may request permission to use device features such as location, camera or photo access, NFC, and notifications when those capabilities are needed for a feature the user chooses to use. Examples include nearby discovery, On the way arrival estimates, Tap to Pay, attaching photos, scanning supported VINs or barcodes, reading or programming supported Tap tags, and receiving account or business notifications. Users can deny or change these permissions in device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable or limited.

Customers must not manipulate balances, duplicate redemptions, create fraudulent claims, impersonate others, abuse referral systems, submit unlawful content, interfere with business operations, or attempt to bypass restrictions built into Tap.

Where a participating business enables a music or jukebox experience, customer song searches, selections, votes, reactions, or requests are requests to the participating business's queue and do not guarantee that a particular song will be available, selected, played, played at a particular time, or completed. Availability can depend on the business's settings, provider catalog, territory, subscription, connectivity, explicit-content controls, queue state, and operator decisions.

If you add or authorize access to an asset or its records, you represent that you own the asset, are an authorized user or manager of it, or otherwise have authority to provide the information and direct the requested sharing. Scanning or entering a VIN, serial number, property identifier, or other asset identifier does not itself prove legal ownership.

Bookings, rentals, stays, and service plans

A request, estimated wait time or displayed availability is not a confirmed reservation unless the applicable flow confirms it. Review the participating business's prices, dates, eligibility rules, cancellation and no-show terms, deposits, recurring service-plan terms, and any waiver before completing the transaction. The business supplies the service or property and is responsible for the underlying agreement, lawful fees and refunds. Required notices or consent must be presented before the transaction; these Terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

A rental deposit may be a card authorization hold or a charge with a later refund, as disclosed in the rental flow. Release and refund timing can depend on the processor and bank. Any later damage, late, missing-item or other return charge must follow the agreed terms and applicable law. A waiver or electronic signature does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived; a parent or guardian must have the authority needed to sign for a minor.

5. Asset records, service history, and authorized sharing

Tap may provide tools for building and maintaining records connected to vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, devices, inventory, facilities, rooms, units, property, or other assets. Asset records may include, as applicable, VINs, license plates, mileage, make/model/year information, serial numbers, barcodes, QR/NFC identifiers, photos, documents, estimates, inspections, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, repair history, readings, staff or technician entries, and other service-history information.

User-directed sharing. A customer may authorize a named participating business to access specified asset information or service history. For example, a customer may allow an auto shop to view a vehicle's VIN and prior service history, or allow a maintenance provider to view the serial number and inspection history of a piece of equipment.

Participating-network access. If Tap offers a network, franchise, organization, or multi-location sharing option, a customer may affirmatively authorize verified participating businesses within the described network to access the categories of records identified in the consent flow. Merely participating in Tap does not by itself give a business access to every customer's records.

Business-to-business transfers. A business may transfer or make a customer's asset profile or service record available to another participating business only when the customer has directed the transfer, the customer previously granted an authorization that reasonably covers the transfer, or Tap presents a separate approval flow and the customer approves it. An authorization may be collected through an in-app or web control, intake flow, SMS link, push notification, or another clear method supported by Tap.

Smart records are not ownership records. Tap's asset history is a service and operational record. Unless Tap expressly states otherwise, it is not a certificate of title, lien record, government registration, warranty, appraisal, condition guarantee, or independent verification of ownership, mileage, service quality, identity, or legal status. Users and businesses should verify information that matters to a transaction or legal decision.

Consent and revocation. Tap may log the customer or user identifier, timestamp, consent version, authorized business or network, asset or record scope, method of authorization, and later changes or revocation. Where controls are available, customers may revoke future Tap-mediated access. Revocation is prospective and does not automatically require deletion of information a business lawfully received before revocation, independently created during service, or must retain by law or for legitimate security, warranty, accounting, or dispute purposes.

A user-directed disclosure is intended to carry out the user's requested service or authorization, not to grant unrestricted rights to the recipient. Privacy-law treatment of a disclosure can vary by jurisdiction and context, and nothing in these Terms waives privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Wallet passes, rewards, tickets, gift cards, and offers

Tap can create and update digital passes for Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Tap/web experiences. Availability, appearance, notifications, device behavior, and supported features may differ by provider, operating system, device, card type, and provider policy.

Points, punches, gift balances, store credit, memberships, VIP status, tickets, and other benefits are issued and controlled by the participating business unless Tap expressly states otherwise. They are not cash or bank deposits and may be subject to expiration, redemption, transfer, or use restrictions permitted by law.

One-time tickets or benefits may be invalidated after redemption. Businesses are responsible for configuring lawful expiration and redemption rules. Tap may prevent duplicate redemption when supported, but businesses should maintain appropriate operational controls.

Wallet push updates and lock-screen notifications depend on Apple, Google, device settings, network availability, and user permissions. Tap cannot guarantee that a device will display every update or notification immediately.

Tap referral and external rewards

Where Tap offers its own referral points or redemption rewards, the published program and offer rules control eligibility, qualifying activity, reward value, availability and fulfillment. Pending rewards may require a stated waiting period and eligibility or fraud review; invalid or reversed qualifying activity can result in adjustment as permitted by those rules and law. Points are promotional benefits, not an investment, equity interest or bank account. External rewards may be delivered through Tremendous or another stated provider and are subject to that provider's and the selected issuer's redemption terms. No fixed cash value, automatic payout or tax treatment is promised unless the particular offer expressly provides it.

7. Email, SMS, Wallet updates, and customer communications

Businesses are responsible for sending communications only to recipients they are legally permitted to contact and for complying with applicable consent, identification, unsubscribe, quiet-hour, telemarketing, and marketing rules.

Tap may provide tools for email, SMS, Wallet updates, transactional messages, and audience segmentation. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carrier, email-provider, Wallet-provider, filtering, device, or recipient settings may delay or block a message.

Businesses must honor opt-outs and must not use Tap to send deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications.

Accepting Terms or enabling AI does not itself provide consent for marketing texts, emails or automated promotional calls. Businesses must obtain the permission required for the particular communication, including AI-generated voice calls where applicable, and must identify themselves and honor revocation. Carrier message/data rates may apply; frequency depends on the messages selected or the business interaction.

8. Subscriptions, payments, fees, and refunds

Paid Tap plans, add-ons, messaging credits, lead charges, success fees, purchases, and other paid features may be billed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Applicable prices, recurring terms, usage charges, taxes, and billing intervals are shown in Tap or at checkout.

Recurring services renew and charge the authorized payment method at the disclosed price and interval until canceled through the applicable billing controls. Any trial, usage limit, additional charge or price change must follow the disclosures and notices required for that offer and applicable law. Proration or credits apply only when the particular billing flow expressly provides them; do not assume a plan change automatically earns a refund.

Personal Tap+ and Tap Pro plans

Where offered, personal paid AI plans are monthly subscriptions, separate from a business's Tap plan or messaging and receptionist charges. The available features, usage limits and price are displayed in Tap and at checkout; a usage limit is not a stored cash balance. Manage a Tap-billed personal plan in Ask Tap → settings, including cancellation and updating the payment card. A successful cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the already-paid period; access can end when payment is not completed or the paid period expires. Contact support if a billing change cannot be completed.

The current personal plan-change flow starts a new monthly subscription at the new plan's full disclosed price and ends the previous subscription. It does not automatically prorate or credit the unused previous period. Review the new charge before paying. Billing errors, duplicate charges and any refund or cancellation rights provided by law can be raised with Tap Support.

External checkout and refunds

Eligible app versions and regions may offer an external checkout processed by Stripe. An external purchase is billed by Tap through that checkout, even when reached from an Apple or Google app; it is not an Apple- or Google-billed in-app subscription. Contact Tap for its billing, cancellation and refund support. Any subscription actually billed by an app store is managed under that store's billing and refund process. Availability of external checkout depends on the app, storefront and applicable provider program rules.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer or applicable refund policy, completed subscription periods, consumed messaging credits, delivered leads and completed platform services are nonrefundable. This does not remove rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, defective services or mandatory refunds. A participating business's refund and cancellation terms govern its customer transactions, subject to law.

When a participating business accepts payments from its customers through connected payment services, that business is the seller or service provider responsible for fulfillment, taxes, refunds, disputes, and compliance applicable to the underlying transaction.

9. Lead marketplace and service requests

Tap may connect customers seeking a service with participating businesses. A lead is an opportunity, not a guaranteed sale, job, appointment, response, or revenue outcome.

Shared and Non-Exclusive Leads

Unless Tap expressly identifies a lead as exclusive, leads may be offered, delivered, or sold to more than one eligible business. Purchasing, accepting, or receiving a lead does not grant exclusivity and does not prevent other businesses from receiving or purchasing access to the same customer opportunity.

Lead fees are charged for access to the applicable customer opportunity and are not contingent upon whether the customer responds, requests a quote, schedules an appointment, purchases goods or services, selects the business, or otherwise results in revenue. A lead is an opportunity and not a guarantee of a sale, job, appointment, customer response, or revenue.

Where Tap displays the number of businesses that may receive or purchase a lead, that number represents the applicable marketplace limit or configuration and does not guarantee that any particular number of businesses will actually purchase or respond to the lead.

Tap does not independently guarantee the licensing, insurance, background, qualifications, pricing, workmanship, safety, or availability of a business or customer. Parties are responsible for evaluating one another and entering any resulting agreement directly.

Businesses must not misuse lead information, resell personal information, contact customers for unrelated purposes without permission, or make misleading claims about affiliation with Tap.

10. Estimates and marketplace information

Tap may display estimated job values, typical price ranges, lead values, intent indicators, demand information, or other marketplace information to assist users and businesses in evaluating opportunities. Such information is provided for informational purposes only and is not a quote, bid, appraisal, guarantee, or representation of the amount a customer will pay or a business will charge or earn.

Estimates may be generated or informed by automated systems, artificial intelligence, third-party data, historical Tap marketplace information, geographic information, business-provided information, customer-provided information, or combinations of these sources. Actual pricing and job value may vary based on diagnosis, labor, materials, equipment, location, complexity, market conditions, timing, provider pricing, and other circumstances.

Businesses remain solely responsible for establishing their own prices, quotes, services, and contractual terms with customers.

11. Artificial intelligence and automated features

Tap may provide features that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated systems, including AI receptionist functionality, call or message assistance, summaries, classifications, service-request processing, job-value estimates, recommendations, and other automated features.

AI receptionist and calling features may process caller and destination numbers, call routing and status information, information communicated during the call, and transcripts or summaries where the applicable feature is enabled. AI may use business-configured information and permitted Tap records to answer questions or carry out requested actions such as creating bookings, service requests, waitlist entries, leads, messages, or payment links. See the Privacy Policy for additional information about data handling.

Personal AI permission is separate from acceptance of Terms and Privacy. The AI privacy details identify OpenAI, Telnyx and relevant device speech services, the information processed, and available permission controls. Turning off personal AI does not disable a business's independently configured AI tools. Businesses must provide required notices, have authority to use records and uploaded documents, and obtain required permission before customer or staff information is shared with AI providers; general acceptance of these Terms does not replace that permission.

Ask Tap and team-assistant action cards require confirmation as shown in the feature. Separately enabled business automation, scheduled briefs and AI receptionist actions can run according to the business configuration or a caller's request. Businesses must review configuration, resulting records and significant decisions, and correct errors. Do not use AI as an emergency responder, as the sole basis for a safety-critical or legally significant decision, or to submit unnecessary sensitive information.

AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users and businesses should review information that is important to their decisions and remain responsible for their own actions, communications, pricing, services, and business decisions.

Tap does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of AI-generated or automated output. Such output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, professional, or other specialized advice.

12. Third-party platforms and services

Tap integrates with services that may include Apple Wallet, Apple Music and MusicKit, Google Wallet, Stripe and payment-terminal services, email providers, SMS/telecommunications and voice providers, AI or transcription providers, hosting, databases, maps and location services, push-notification services, media-storage services, review platforms, and other external services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

These integrations can also include reward fulfillment through Tremendous, device speech recognition through Apple or Google, and eligible Google Play external-purchase reporting. Tap's privacy obligations remain as described in its Privacy Policy; a third party's terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Tap is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, delivery failures, catalog or territorial availability, subscription eligibility, playback failures, Wallet rendering differences, payment holds, carrier filtering, or other actions controlled by a third party. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue an integration if required by the provider, rights holders, law, or if continued operation is impractical or unsafe.

Apple Music and MusicKit

Optional Tap music features may allow an authorized business or host device to connect to Apple Music using MusicKit. An eligible Apple Music subscription, Apple authorization, compatible hardware or browser, network access, and provider availability may be required. Tap does not sell, sublicense, or resell Apple Music, Apple Music subscriptions, or music rights, and Tap does not provide a right to download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit Apple Music content.

Tap does not charge for Apple Music access or for the Apple Music content itself. Any separately priced Tap or participating-business feature, such as a non-music promotional message or venue shoutout, is separate from Apple Music access and does not purchase a song, a right to play a song, a music license, or priority access to Apple Music.

Apple Music and MusicKit are third-party Apple services. Tap is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Apple. Apple and Apple Music names and related marks belong to Apple Inc. Apple's services are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use Tap to:

  • violate law or another person's rights;
  • send spam, deceptive promotions, unlawful telemarketing, or prohibited content;
  • upload malware, probe security controls, scrape protected data, or interfere with platform operation;
  • commit fraud, manipulate rewards or balances, process unauthorized payments, or evade fees;
  • impersonate a person or business or materially misrepresent products, services, reviews, availability, or qualifications;
  • collect or expose passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary Tap fields; or
  • use customer information for purposes materially unrelated to the interaction or consent that supplied it;
  • use Apple Music, MusicKit, or other third-party media through Tap in a manner prohibited by the provider, including unauthorized downloading, copying, recording, redistribution, circumvention of playback controls, or monetization of access to the third-party music service;
  • use Tap to facilitate public or commercial music playback when the provider does not permit that use or when required music rights or licenses have not been obtained; or
  • resell, broker, or export customer-linked asset records or service history for unrelated purposes, or use those records for unrelated third-party marketing without a separate lawful basis and any required permission.

To report unlawful, abusive or infringing content or another safety concern, contact support@example.com with the relevant page, tag, business or record, a description, and supporting information you are authorized to provide. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may investigate and restrict or remove violating content or access. For a copyright report, identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, and your authority to make the report.

14. Intellectual property and content

Tap and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and platform technology are owned by Tap or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use Tap for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tap a limited license to host, process, reproduce, resize, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate the platform and provide the features you select.

Feedback or product suggestions may be used to improve Tap without obligation to compensate the person providing them.

15. Service availability and product changes

Tap may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance, respond to security concerns, comply with provider requirements, or make emergency changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, permanent compatibility with every device or provider, or that third-party integrations will remain available indefinitely.

Supported offline screens use saved copies that can be outdated. Offline time-clock punches are pending until synced and accepted by Tap; check their status and report errors to the business. Clearing app data, removing the app or losing a device before syncing can lose pending work. A cached view is not a new confirmed booking, successful payment or guarantee of current availability. Maintain appropriate independent records for critical operations.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Tap does not guarantee business results, review volume, customer acquisition, lead conversion, revenue, campaign performance, message delivery, Wallet notification delivery, or the conduct or performance of businesses or customers.

Tags, check-ins, location or arrival estimates, maintenance history, completion records and verification indicators reflect available inputs and are not proof of legal ownership, an independent inspection, professional certification or a guarantee of safety. Tap is not an emergency dispatch or certified life-safety monitoring service. Verify important operational information and follow applicable professional and safety procedures.

Tap is not a music-rights holder, record label, publisher, performing-rights organization, collecting society, music-licensing agency, or provider of legal advice. We do not represent or warrant that use of Apple Music, MusicKit, a consumer music subscription, speakers, screens, customer song requests, or any other music feature is authorized for a particular venue, audience, commercial setting, territory, event, or business model. The business or host must independently determine whether the intended use is permitted and obtain any required provider authorization and rights or licenses.

We do not guarantee that Apple Music or any particular song, album, artwork, metadata, catalog, subscription, authorization, playback route, speaker, AirPlay destination, queue state, or provider feature will remain available or function without interruption. Music catalogs, provider rules, availability, and technical behavior can change without Tap's control.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap is not responsible for royalties, music-license fees, copyright or neighboring-rights claims, provider account actions, content removals, venue restrictions, fines, penalties, lost business, or other losses arising from a user's or business's unauthorized or noncompliant use of Apple Music, MusicKit, or other third-party media services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to Tap by the claimant for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or $100 if the claimant paid nothing to Tap. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply.

18. Suspension and termination

You may request permanent deletion of a personal Tap account or business/staff/contractor login through the account privacy controls in the app or the public Account Deletion page. We verify ownership, process deletion within 30 days, explain any necessary verification or legally required delay, and provide confirmation when complete. Deletion removes the selected account and associated personal data subject to the retained categories, bases and periods described in the completion notice and our Privacy Policy.

Deleting a login does not close a shared business or erase other people's accounts. Tap-managed personal subscriptions and pending checkouts are reviewed before deletion is completed. Apple- or Google-billed subscriptions must be managed through that store. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases, cancel an independent service agreement, or waive lawful outstanding obligations. None of these obligations removes your right to request account deletion.

You may stop using Tap at any time and may cancel paid services through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already incurred or obligations owed to customers.

Tap may suspend or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, security threats, abuse, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, provider restrictions, or conduct that creates material risk to customers, businesses, third parties, or the platform.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions—remain in effect.

19. Legal compliance and disputes

Each user is responsible for complying with laws applicable to their use of Tap, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy, marketing, telecommunications, payments, taxes, gift-card, employment, accessibility, copyright and music rights, licensing, and industry-specific requirements.

If a dispute arises, please contact Tap Support first so we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tap, its integrations, pricing, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and may provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
